A few days ago Tommy was putting TJ in the car and they were talking about Daddy going to work. TJ said this:
"Daddy, me big, me go on mission, me come home, me go work, me go Halwewenn."
This Mommy couldn't have been any prouder! This was the first time Tommy heard TJ talk about that. Tommy asked me where TJ heard that and I was so happy he remembered what we've been talking about when Daddy's not home and working hard! The Halloween part...well he is three you know! HA!
Then last night:
HE SAID PRAYER!!! For the first time in his THREE years he actually said a FULL prayer!! It sounded something like this:
Mommy: Dear Heavenly Father-
TJ: Beer Hebonly Sasther
Mommy: We are thankful for this day-
TJ: Sansful for day
Mommy: We are glad to be together as a family-
TJ: Me sloves Mommy, Daddy and Owie
Mommy: Please bless Daddy at work-
TJ: Pease ess Daddy work, me go on mission when me big and go to work and Halweween.
Mommy: Please help us sleep well tonight and bless Owie that he can sleep well-
TJ: Pease ess Owie go nigh night.
Mommy: In Jesus name-
TJ: Esus name
Mommy: Amen-
TJ: (high pitched and lingering) AMEN!
This Mommy is just so happy her children are growing up in the gospel! My cup is very full this day!

I am SO happy to hear this! No-a-days when things in this world can be horrible at times, it is really nice to hear about kids growing up with some direction, and purpose, I'm happy that TJ wants to go on a mission! And that he wants to do
"Haweween". HaHa. That is justo cute. Good Job!
He is so sweet!
Good Mommy recording your sons prayers. That will always be precious to have. Plus, you must be raising that boy right because he's already talking about the amazing opportunity he'll have to serve the Lord on a mission. Way to go!
